RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

The Casey Demon Store is happy to accept exchange and refunds within 30 days of purchasing the items.

In order for us to process an exchange or refund for your return, we require the following information (faulty items are exempt from the below);

Proof of purchase, order number or confirmation email.

• The goods have not been worn/used and the tags are still attached.
• The product can be returned to the following below address:

Please note that in the case of items being sent, postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure you include a note of what you would like either a refund or exchange, your order number and your full name. Once you have sent off your parcel to us, please email Rachael.lewis@melbournefc.com.au with your tracking number so we can track your parcel and assist if necessary.

The Casey Demon Store cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit. If opting for a refund, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method used.

The Casey Demons Shop will be open for all Casey Demon Football Club matches played at Casey Fields.

We are located at Casey Fields, Oval 1, 160 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East near the main Canteen.

 

Shipping Information

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can send your purchase to anywhere in Australia and most countries in the world!  We recommend sending it to an address where someone will be there during the day (e.g. your work). If this is not possible, a card will be left stating that your parcel is ready to pick up at your local post office.

 

DELIVERY METHOD / POSTAGE

Within Australia we send products via registered post with Australia Post and also offer international delivery via airmail. The cost of postage and handling is calculated for you automatically during checkout and displayed after you have provided us with information on where you want your order sent. Within Australia it costs $10 for standard parcels (extra charges may occur for larger items), and Internationally it costs $25. Alternatively, if you would like something posted via express post within Australia it will cost $17.50.

The normal delivery time for registered postage items is 5 to 7 working days. If you chose the express post option, your item will be shipped by the club within 1-2 workdays. Delivery time can vary depending on location, availability of the item and the size of the product.

PLEASE NOTE* There is no tracking available for items sent internationally.
